Hey BP fam.

I'm looking for a great person with an great W2/DTI too purchase our next investment property. It doesn't which state the property is in but as long as the numbers are right. I have 10k just sitting in my bank account. I can't purchase anything myself because of my DTI and the bank won't loan me much. If anyone is interested of building and planning something, feel free to PM me.

Have you considered purchasing the seller financing route @Isiah Ferguson? The interest rate might be slightly higher than market rates but you could buy now independent of a partner and refi when your DTI looks better. If the equity is right you might be able to cash out to purchase your next property when you refi
