Vetting General Contractors for House Flipping?

Hello everyone!  

I am sure there is another post about this but I couldn't find any off the top.  For all the house flippers out there, what vetting process do you go through when trying to hire a GC for house flipping work?  

Any tips are very helpful, about to start outsourcing labor instead of doing it myself.
