Hey everyone,

I am just getting started in real estate investing, focusing on the Lowell, MA area. I am planning on getting an FHA loan to use for a multi-family property.

I have two questions. Does anybody have/use a property walk through checklist to assist your analysis? Secondly, does anybody have a speaking checklist that you use when either you call a seller or a seller contacts you? If the answer is yes to either of these, would you share it below?
