As far back as mid November  2016 Condotels were being practically given away.  $160,000 plus could get you a Trump, MGM, etc.  Currently approaching $225,000 and up.   On their way to original sales prices of $500,000+.

Who says there werent deals to be had!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
