Manufactured Homes? (NPR, FL 34655)

So recently I've been browsing Zillow, Trulia, realtor.com etc. and I've come across quite a few "manufactured homes". For the most part in my area they are VERY cheap. Most under $10k. When looking at local comps, similar properties in the same neighborhoods are selling for $50-60k. These properties don't seem to be in horrible shape, could maybe use some fresh paint and carpets but nothing that would require a large amount of capital and exceed the comparable market values. I Know there's got to be something I'm missing here. Would really appreciate some expertise from someone who knows more or has experience with these types of homes. Thanks! - Beau Beck
