MLS Sales and Rent Comps

Hi, I have been an on and off investor in the DFW metro area and occasionally need MLS comparison tools to run my numbers. Since I do not use these regularly and these cost around $100 a month, I thought of asking if anyone would be interested in sharing the membership and costs to lighten the load. I typically, search for 10-15 properties every few months. Ideally looking to have 2-3 members as a team so we could use the membership effectively.
