My name is Kimberly Brock and I am in Nashville IN. I'm just getting started in real estate. I'm not sure where to find the documents I need to use such as purchase agreement, assignment and others. Can anyone help. What's legal in Indiana?

Welcome Kimberly.

Why are you in need of these documents? If you are thinking of wholesaling then you are going to use an agent to help make offers for you and assign the contracts. So you can just ask the agent you will be using. No need to get them anywhere else.

I have all of the documents required for wholesaling in Indiana if you would like to see them and have your attorney customize them for you I will send them to you.
