Using Faira as a selling platform

I'm 12 to 18 months away from listing my house in SF bay area and recently ran across a start up company named Faira. They are a type of "do it yourself" home selling sight but with the resources of an agent. They are currently in WA and now San Francisco. I'm wondering if anyone has used them and if so what was your experience.
