How to contest property taxes?
Hello everyone,
What is the best way to contest property tax valuations? Is it better to hire a seasoned firm to do this? If so, what firms are worth the expense?
What about doing it yourself?
How often does a contestation result in an increase in the assessment?
Thank you for your help in advance!
