Looking for experienced investors in the Surprise/Phoenix area

Hey everyone,

My name is Jeremy Hennen and I am totally new to real estate investing. It has been something I have always wanted to do, but have always felt was too far out of reach. Currently my only experience with real estate is purchasing my own primary residence 5 years ago. Other than that i have read numerous books, been to some seminars, and have started listening to the bigger pockets podcasts. Right now I'm just looking to network with investors/agents in my area. I am going to be starting the courses in September to get my license and should be done around the end of October. If there is anyone that could point me in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you all in advance.
