I am currently seeking a financial partner who has an interest in FIX/FLIP residential properties. I am a former Top Producing realtor who will be responsible for finding a good deal, DETERMINING THE AFTER REPAIR VALUE, putting the deal together to submit to a local hard money lender, closing the deal, getting the repairs done AND getting the property sold.. (or)
