Hello,

I'm a first time home buyer, in the process of purchasing a real estate investment property. I'm working with a business partner, and we're creating a LLC that will be the entity behind managing the property. My business partner will put in 80% of the required downpayment for 25% of the purchase price, but I will be the sole person on the loan. We are thinking of doing a 7 Year ARM. I believe there are various benefits and risks involved in this transaction, and would like to seek the advice of a Real Estate lawyer first before signing the offer.
