Show 225 and Florida Market

Hi BP,

I just listened to Show 225 with Kathy Fettke. I loved her story and her triumph over obstacles. During the show she mentioned Florida and Detroit being two of the markets where investors are going for high returns. I'm familiar with what's happening in Detroit but I'm curious does anyone know what cities or areas in Florida Kathy was referring to? I live in South Florida and the market here is much higher than it was during the recession and margins are slim for both flips and rentals. Any feedback would be great.

Thank you,

Tiffanie Vendryes

@Tiffanie Vendryes, Jacksonville has shown to be a great market. If you are interested in investing, up here let me know and I can get you in touch with our company's agent/broker.

Thanks!
