Should I Sell or Rent My Current Home

I started buying rentals last year and currently have one SFR and one duplex. The SFR that I currently live in would cash flow $400/month. If I sold this property I would walk away with approximately $75,000 which I'd pay tax on. With this $75k I could buy another home to live in and fix up plus another SFR or two. I'm hesitant to sell because of the high cash flow I'd get from this property. I'm around $100/door for my other rentals so getting $400 from one would be great.

What is everyone's opinion on renting or selling my current home?
