Probate / divorce marketing in CT

Hey , Connecticut people !

We have got our first couple deals through foreclosure auctions, they were great deals, but they involve tons of risk and take forever.

We are looking to start marketing probate / divorce properties to help these people with their problem and make profit along the way.

I have done some legwork and found out where I can locate these judicial cases, but it's very limited information there.

Can you share some info on where to get leads / lists of people / properties going through probate / divorce process?

Thanks in advance for input.
