Driving for Dollars - BEST WAY TO FIND OWNERS CONTACT INFO????

Hello all, 

I just went out driving for dollars and found many properties that are vacant or abandoned. Now I would like to know which is the most effective way to find the owners' contact info. I've heard of spokeo, USA.com, yellow pages, etc. However, these aren't very accurate. Are there any super accurate websites that I can find the contact information on?
