Florida triplex run as a Airbnb
I have found a triplex property in Florida that is being use as a Airbnb rental. Gross income per year is $114,000 with expenses at $42,000 per year. That leaves a net profit of $72,000 per year. I have right now 2 flips being worked on a duplex rental I own and my personal home. This makes it tough to take advantage of the awesome opportunity. I live in PA now but looking to move to Florida after our flips are sold as well as our personal property. I was thinking on living in One of the 3 in Florida and running the other 2 as an Airbnb. I just need advice on funding this awesome opportunity. Any help here would be great. Ideas on financing or money to take on this property.
