AirBNB Rent Estimator Tool

Hello - I am a huge fan of the Bigger Pockets podcast and during several episodes there were discussions about renting out a property on AirBNB. There is now a new tool that will tell you much you should be able to rent your place for that I thought the forum would be interested in:
