Looking to Buy an AirBNB property in Page, Arizona

Hey Guys,

I am fairly new to the investing world, and I am looking for information on how to analyze a property as an Airbnb property rather than a rental. I have looked at what seem like comps on Airbnb, but its hard to tell what exactly matches up, and what additional concerns there are that don't come up in the traditional rental analysis discussion.

For reference, I live in Tempe, Arizona and saw a property come across my desk in Page, Arizona that looked like an interesting opportunity.
