Hi,

  Myself and a bunch of my friends- equal partners in a property we own(free and clear, all taxes upto date. no liens), are planning to sell this 4 bed / 2.5 bath property in nice part of Plano, TX. ( 75023 zip code). 

Property is being managed by PM company and it is getting vacant this month end. Looking to list it for sale with best price we can get.

Agents/ or folks who can refer to best selling agents can please contact me to discuss your listing terms/conditions. We also need to discuss about some prep work to do the listing in terms of CMA etc..,
