Where to search for 5-10 unit MF properties

Hey everyone. I am posting this request for a friend (no seriously). Therefore, I'm not looking for solicitations on properties. Just some information. If I were looking to find a 5-10 unit complex in the Denver area that needs to be no more than 10 miles from downtown, where other than loopnet might I look? Thanks in advance for the help.
