Hi everyone! I have my Residential Contractor's license in Florida. I own a construction business with my husband. We do remodels and finally decided to start flipping houses. I just got my Real Estate License last week. I am only interested in using it for our business. To activate my license I have to sign with a Broker OR sign under a builder/developer. I have thought about signing under my Construction company, but quickly realized I know nothing about the process and need a mentor. Our home now has a lot of equity and we plan on flipping it over the next few months after finishing up some projects. The construction part is easy because that's what we do. But as far as selling it I don't know where to start...  any help would be greatly appreciated!!
