Working With Online Lenders

Has anyone used any of these online lenders for purchasing rentals? I was working with two different lenders on two different deals and about a week before closing both lenders changed the terms of the agreement on me resulting in higher down payments and higher interest rates than there quoted. I have asked both of them for explanations and to honor the original terms and neither lender will provide me answers. If you have had good luck with these types please let me know who you used. Thank you!
