Newbie from central New Jersey. For the past couple of months I've been trying to learn as much as possible. Going to see houses, running numbers, and pretty much non stop reading and listening to pod casts. I would like to ask you all to tell me what I don't know. What are key things that happened to you that you wish you would have planned for ? Please any advise would be amazing. ThNk you
