Move In Move Out Documents

Just a public service announcement.

When buying property that has tenants always ask for move in/move out checklists. I forgot on my most recent purchase....not a huge deal, but makes it pretty impossible to charge someone from security deposit. It didn't burn me but it could have.

Also always make sure rents, security depost, and leases are received. Along with rent receipts and screening reports if they have them.

That I did remember. Move In/Move Out checklist I did not remember.
