No Seasoning Banks/Lenders

Any banks-lenders which has no seasoning requirements when refinancing investment properties.

Looking in Michigan and Cleveland area.

@Harjeet Bhatti . i take that back. i think it works with delayed refinancing but i think i can't cash out more than my purchase price before their seasoning period (which i guess shud be fine). any other catch to be aware for delayed refinancing? i will read more about it
