Purchasing a Fix and Flip: One problem, it has existing tenants

I am currently under contract with my very first residential property! Even though I am extremely excited I have a major concern. I've purchase this property with the intention of fixing and flipping. The concern of mine is that the property is currently occupied with tenants. The current owner explained that tenants understand that the home is for sale and are on a month-to-month lease. Current owner says it shouldn't be a problem having them to vacate the residence once we own the property.  Even though I might  be paranoid does anyone have any advice for me? If tenants decide to give me a hassle about leaving what are my next steps? Any suggestions or advice will be greatly appreciated. Thanks BP community.
