Should I buy a rental property with a high radon level?

Hi All. After my contingency inspection of a potential SFH rental, the radon test came back with a high level of radon (50% above EPA recommended limits). And while mitigation systems are not very expensive, I'm wary of any potential liability issues with renters, or whether other investors would take a pass on this property when I'm ready to sell (because who needs the extra headache). Any thoughts?
