Hi Guys,

Our offer for 8 unit apartment complex in Cleveland ohio got accepted. 

there are so many things this is the first time we are trying to get commercial financing and also due diligence is different . Lot of people referred that you should have your own attorney to look at all the documents I wanted to ask if there are some attorney in the Cleveland area that people recommend ?
