Okay, so I've been reading the real estate investing book, and I have some questions. I've been wholesaling for a while and I know a few things right, however I'm at the part where the book talks about refinancing your property. Can anyone elaborate on the subject of refinancing part of the BRRRR? I'm not too sure what it means by it
