New to BP - Help me get going!?

Hello BP friends. I am pretty new to BP, and I want to get started investing in real estate over the next year or so while I go back to school. Any good articles I can check out to help me get started?

I am pretty certain I want to get started with wholesaling, but I am not opposed to other strategies. I would greatly appreciate any resources yall could shoot my way.

I live in Northwest Alabama. Properties down here are pretty reasonably priced compared to most other states.
