In the process of BRRR with my duplex and want to buy a 5-plex
I am in the process of BRRR my duplex. It's bought & renovated, but that's it.
HOWEVER, even with the new appraisal and refinance the equity wouldn't give me the downpayment I need for the 5-plex I want. I need some ideas? Or is it possible to get a loan based on the rental income / expenses?
I'm in Ontario Canada if that helps.
