Prospective Property Check List

Greetings all,

My wife and I are getting close to purchasing our first property, and have been seeing a lot of different places. However, the other day I saw a more seasoned investor going through the property with a checklist and it sparked my interest. 

Thus, if anyone has a pre-check property checklist or something similar and willing to share it, or even suggest what you have on yours, that would be greatly appreciated. Or if you can refer us to a good source, that works too.
