Help! I Want to Buy A Foreclosure That's Not For Sale

There is a property in my neighborhood that has been foreclosed upon and is now owned by by JPMorgan Chase, but it's not for sale anywhere I can find. Is there any possible way I can try to nab it before it goes out for sale or up for auction? I don't have any connections within such a large institutional lender, and I'm not sure what the bank has been doing with it in the year or two they've owned it.

The property in question is in pretty horrible shape, which means it's exactly what I'm looking for! Thanks for any help!
