Opinions/results on offering bonuses to a selling realtor?

Anyone had success with offering a selling realtor a bonus for faster sales...or is the sale of a house just dependent on its price and other factors?

What do you mean by a bonus for a faster sale? For listing not in the MLS or for example 2.5% commission plus $500 bonus if close of escrow is X or before?

There are always so many pieces to the puzzle when helping a buyer through the process, I never focus on what's in it for me because I know if I just keep on the right path, I will get paid when the escrow closes.
