Finding The After Repair Value

Hi my name is Marlon Pettis. I am actively looking for deals and the biggest roadblock i come across is finding the After Repair Value on properties. I have a few realtors that I work with that gives me BPO on properties i think could be good deals but i am getting a lot of calls from bandit signs and direct mail and I need a quick and accurate way to find what the highest selling price can be for the properties i am analyzing. What are other ways to find the property value? Does anyone use redfin or realeflow? I am taking the test to get my brokers license in a week because that's the only way i know to get access to the MLS.

@Ryan Dossey i believe that as well. I know a lot of people say you don't need a license to do real estate investing but its a lot of benefits to being a licensed broker. But i will utilize zillow and redfin for now. I have a few realtors that i work with currently but they are usually busy with showings and don't get the BPO's to me quick enough or forget to even do them. I also have a lot of people calling me from signs and direct mail so it would work better if i could produce comps myself.
