Wholesale Calculator and Repair Estimates

Wow, i just watched the Wholesale calculator tutorial and that sold me on buying the pro account. I am just starting out and the repair costs and percentages to make sure i made money, the seller was happy, and the buyer was happy, was a bit foggy now it is much more understandable! I also got the book to start doing my own estimates while i learn, in the meantime i am going to reach out to my friend with 30 years experience in home repair/remodel to do my estimates for me. Does anyone here partner with estimators to do that side of the work? How do you compensate them?
