When respond to feedback at showings vs waiting

We've been selling for 2 weeks in a seller's market, and the feedback from showings says we are asking to much.

We are selling congruent with adjusted comps, but competing with newer properties.

When do you listen to feedback or wait.

Chris Kraemer What's the average days on market? Are other (newer) properties going under contract? Your realtor should have the data to know if what you're getting is idle feedback or if the free market is taking action. Do you have something about your property to offset the age challenge? Usually, it comes in the form of "closer to ____" or "bigger lot". But I'm no realtor.

For what it's worth, you'll never get feedback that says "you're 20% under market!" You just get an offer...
