Hey guys - I am looking into the San Antonio, TX market. Can anyone please help me with the following:

- Best areas to buy and hold (renting) - Lower end budget (70k-100k per property)? 
- Good real estate agents in these areas?
- Neighborhoods to invest in? 
- General info on the current real estate market in San Antonio?
