Realtor Recommendations for Shafter and Wasco California

Hi all,

I am new to real estate and BiggerPockets.  I am looking for an experienced Realtor in Shafter and Wasco California.  I have inherited two rental properties that are positively cash flowing but they are five hours from my home and have not been managed properly for the last few years.  I will be making a trip to see both of the properties in two weeks and need to make a decision to repair and sell them or repair and keep as rental properties.
