What to do with my money

Hey, So I'm what they would call a newbie. I made an investment approximately 4 years ago with the intentions of staying at that property, no intentions of selling. Since buying the property I have obtained approximately $100,000 in equity simply buying when the market was at its low and potentially selling at the current market, high. I want to be financially free. Work work work is all I do just to keep up with the mortgage and bills, I feel like I never will be able to get ahead. I am looking to invest the profits of my house into the market. I was looking for any advise or potentially investment ideas located in the Plymouth MA area. I was considering multi family homes or condos, looking to buy and hold. Is this a good idea? Any information or direction would be much appreciated. Thanks, Steve Harrington
