HI All,

Looking to start an LLC with my partner in the DFW. We are looking to start a business around Multi Family Units. What would be the best way to go about this? Lawyer in DFW recommendation?

The operating agreement is separate from the articles of organization. The operating agreement is an internal document that is used between partners to specify how the business will run, and even sole proprietors use them as well.
