First Property // First Offer // 1920's Home
Aloha Everyone,
I am hoping to be submitting an offer on a property in the next week. The numbers work well but it was built in the 1920's. I know to check for when/if electrical, plumbing, main sewer line, roof, and HVAC were replaced. Do you have any further line items for a check list or further things to make sure of before moving forward with a property of this age? I am being conservative with my numbers so the property so far seems to work well but I welcome any advice. Thanks in advance.
