Hello again BP community! I'm looking to possibly buy some rentals in Kankakee and the surrounding areas as long as the numbers make sense. Does anyone have any experience with the rental market there? Does anyone own any property in Kankakee or the surrounding area? Is the city investor friendly? Would anyone recommend any particular areas to invest in? I would appreciate any feedback from the community. Thank you guys!
