Hey anyone have advice for specific submarkets within Anderson Indiana. How about local real estate, economic market and demographic trends? Are there any up and coming areas or areas to avoid. Dividing streets or geography? I'm buying SFRs here for rentals Also any recommendations for property management Any advice would be appreciate

I’m here in Muncie and my rentals are doing good! I’ve been working with Absolute Property Management great group of people. Also for finding rentals Ryan Kramer has been helping me out he’s a local realtor and will point you in the right direction.
