I live in Massachusetts how can I get into contact who do airbnb as an investment ? Also who do I talk to when when figuring out how legal it is a lawyer ?

Contact the zoning board in whatever town you're considering.  That is the department that normally puts restrictions in place.  Be sure to ask whether there are any restrictions being considered too.
