Out of state land contract
Hello,
I am currently trying to sell my mom's property/land in NY. We live in PA. The house which sits on 9 acres of land has been water damaged. The buyers have seen the house several times and they know it's an "as is" sale. They would like to do a land contract. They are putting down more than half the agreed upon price and we will be doing a two year contract. My question is can I do a land contract from PA? I'd rather not have to take numerous trips up to NY and would like to use a local lawyer if possible.
