AUCTION FOR NEWBIE WHO IS READY TO MAKE A DEAL

Good afternoon everyone. I have been a long time follower but finally made an account.

I recently got about 100k cash from selling my property and I am ready to finally dig in to make a investment particularly a flip.

I have followed my county auction for a few years now and I have been seeing a lot of people make amazing deals. I also go back 12-14 month range and check deals made at auctions and use the address and check on recently sold sites to see what the sale price is and some of them are making 40-65k on them. Obviously it does not show expenses that went in.

I am a newbie which is why I am interested in doing a flip but I only want to do it on a condo in my area as I have lived here all my life and have a pretty good understanding of the condo market here (6 miles to beach, 4 miles to major university and 3 miles to a+ elementary school)

Any advice anyone can share is welcome. I know there a lot of topics on here about this type but would like to start a new thread and keep track of my progress and hope to hear recommendations from everyone.

Thanks all
