Request credit after inspection

Dear Community,

I am in the process of making an offer for a house. The purchase price is 575k, ARV is 900k-1200k, holding costs are high, taxes 30k per year. The house has plumbing and electricity problems which have been disclosed. It has slopes in 2 rooms, and likely needs beams. I know they have another offer on the table, and it seems this offer have been submitted after they circulated the info on our offer. In any case, the current asking price is 575k, and I wonder if I should give exactly that, which I believe is a bit high. Do you think the bank which owns this property can adjust the price more after the inspection? What are the odds for them to adjust it for around 50k?
