Hello all, 

When one has the name of a deceased person's Next of Kin (family members left with the property), what is the best way to approach these family members who now have a property that they are most likely looking to sell? What can I say to facilitate the conversations and to make them feel as comfortable as possible? Any feedback is welcome!
